Actually, a Kobo has a setting that shows you the pages in the book and the page you are in the actual original book

Worth noting that it's Important to check if the things amazon offers to kindle applies to your country. Where I am libby, rewards, first reads and Kindle unlimited doesn't work. But overdrive on kobo and kobo plus does so that would make kobo the best option for me.

Simply put Amazon Kindle is like Apple a headache, complicated, and limited.

But Rakuten Kobo is like Samsung/Android universally friendly and used around the world, so much easier to use. Also not only is there Kobo Clara Colour but it comes in black and white as well called Kobo Clara BW.

Edit: This video sounds like Amazon was behind it and they are getting a kick back.

Kobo battery can last around 3-4 weeks when the Bluetooth and WiFi are switched off and brightness lower than 20%. Most likely, I'll buy a few books and read it offline. i used dark mode most of the time, giving the word some contrast. Pros for me less distractions, and i read faster. Great video, too, as I planned to get a Kindle as well in the future for amazon use.

I absolutely love my Kindle Paperwhite and it doesn't bother me at all that it isn't in color. I have the agave green and I love it. I'm definitely a kindle girl 🙂

As someone who gets their ebook from a variety of sources and will not lock into an "eco system" ill take the one that allows me to just drag and drop from my pc and walk away. Thank you kobo for the ease of use for someone with thousands of ebooks already in a (non-amazon) library.

You’re the first person that mentioned kobo doesn’t match the actual book number digitally I don’t like that. I’ve always been kindle but I order the library color today

As long as it's good and clear to read it's ok for me I select neither any one of them can work for me...a book lover is a book lover ..you need it so advance like phone buy a phone instead of read it there in pdf

I turn off the progress bar completely, and just enjoy reading.
