Just went to Oahu this past week, March 2022, and my favorite thing we did was Kualoa Ranch. We did the side by side ATV and the sights were breathtaking to say the least! It was a 2 hour tour and we got to drive our own ATV through a gorgeous mountain with a group and a guide. We stopped to take pictures and for some history lessons from our guide. Definitely well worth it and highly recommend! We also walked Waikiki and I agree, great shopping and eats. It was pretty cool because we were there when the mask mandate ended so shopping with a mask was optional, but honestly almost nobody was wearing a mask anymore.

First day ever in Waikiki, and first thing I did was walk along the Hilton Hawaiian village all the way down halfway through Waikiki. Then zig zagged back through the side streets back to the Illikai. Fun stuff. I now live in here! Lol.

Also, Ko Olina Beach Club. Great place for families and extremely beautiful! Highly recommend visiting. We didn't stay at any of the hotels here but you can go as a visitor and enjoy the day. Beautiful beaches, lagoons and restaurants.
