Scheduling Poll will become native to Outlook and replace FindTime

Scheduling Poll is a new Outlook feature that replaces the Find Time app, allowing users to easily and efficiently schedule meetings by voting for the best time. Admins and users can receive notifications when consensus is reached and polls can be configured to include a time zone, duration, meeting hours, and more. Find Time will no longer be supported after July 2023.

Is there a way for the assistants to use this on behalf of their managers? I'd like to send a poll to the support folks but want the poll to reflect their leaders names.

Thanks for the explanation. I really prefer the view in the old Findtime. Is it possible to change the meeting duration to other values than the predefined? I really like to schedule a 3 hour meeting ;)
