Having a PLAN for your fitness is the first detail that makes us all feel ready and confident that we can improve health, get strong, drop a few pounds and feel great for all the "good life" that is ahead for each of us in this terrific New Year!
DON'T Miss Nick's Week 2 Video to get the Daily Walk Assignments and then click on the links below each day for your WALK at Home workout! And always, you can swap out a "WALK at Home" video with a Walk around the neighborhood, or a treadmill walk! Just use this for a guide, count 15 minutes of "Brisk" walking as 1 Mile of exercise! At Home or On the Streets ...it all works for your good health goals!
