New Year 6 Week WALK Challenge! WEEK 2!

It's Week 2 Everybody! Don’t you feel better already? Having a PLAN for your fitness is the first detail that makes us all feel ready and confident that we can improve health, get strong, drop a few pounds and feel great for all the "good life" that is ahead for each of us in this terrific New Year!

DON'T Miss Nick's Week 2 Video to get the Daily Walk Assignments and then click on the links below each day for your WALK at Home workout! And always, you can swap out a "WALK at Home" video with a Walk around the neighborhood, or a treadmill walk! Just use this for a guide, count 15 minutes of "Brisk" walking as 1 Mile of exercise! At Home or On the Streets ...it all works for your good health goals!

Done with week 2 & can't wait to start on week 3! Down 6lbs so far, I have increased my water, veggie, & fruit intake & decreased my carb & sugars, simple basic stuff. Waking up earlier in the mornings to do my walks was very difficult in the beginning, now I actually look forward to it.

When I heard about this challenge, back around the end of October, I set a longer term goal at that point. See what walking for 6 weeks would do for me. So I started back then working my way to 25 miles per week. When I hit that, I sustained it. I'm on week 5 of doing 25 miles per week (did 20 miles one week, but this week I've done 30). I can't focus on more than one thing at a time, so the diet hasn't been great, so I haven't lost but 5 pounds - but that WAS over the holidays. My strength and endurance are what has improved. I really enjoy the walking/aerobics before work. Great group of walkers with motivating.

Thank you Walk at Home Team for doing this challenge. It's such a motivator to just have to push play...not having to think about what workout to select. Nick..thank you for the humor...it always brings a smile and makes the workouts that much more fun.

Week 2 wasn’t available when I started my day so I did the bonus burn … felt great … checked a couple of hours later and saw that Week 2 was ready … I thought … why not? how hard could it be? I didn’t think I would make it through the whole 2 miles, but I did … I always feel better after walking … but this morning was a little too much for me … Now for a nice cup of tea and a good book.

Just two days left to complete my week 1 challenge and I’m so excited to tryout this new exercise week 2 challenge starting soon.

I just discovered this challenge yesterday and started with day 1 assignment today morning..
But thinking that I will be falling behind I will start from this week's challenge and will try to compensate the first week in the evenings 😀 let's do this together 😀

So excited to find this youtube channel. I own a lot of Leslie's dvds but rarely get to use them. Joined the challenge today and did the 2 mile and my muscles are sore even though I walk every day. Its all those extra moves that make a difference.

Completed my first 3 mile walk in my Leslie Sansone career😊. My bottom is so sore and stiff...but I enjoyed it and look forward to the rest of the week!!!

I completed week one and I'm ready for week 2. Just completed today's walk and I am sweating so much. I am getting better at keeping up.

So I totally didn’t really do week 1 completely with you guys but I did other workouts on YouTube. I’m ready to start fresh today. I wasn’t going to workout today but I’m putting my mind and body to it and going to do 2 miles💪
