My Journey To Having My Birth Certificate (Philippine Statistics Authority or PSA)

I requested for a copy of my Birthday Certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and I was surprised that I don't have any records with the agency.

I went to Tarlac to get a copy of my Birth Certificate, unfortunately, I don't have any records, either.

Good that I brought with me a copy of my old Birth Certificate which they acknowledged immediately. They gave me an endorsement which I have to mail it via JRS Express to the PSA.

After 15 days, I went to the PSA office in East Avenue in Quezon City to get a copy of my Birth Certificate. And it was a success. My records were already updated.
