Thank you for sharing. 🤝 Mimik doesn't look like it's actually FREE. 🤔 Before the download and installation of the app, it states that it's free and there's no in-app purchases. However, once the set up is complete, 2 credits appeared for incoming and outgoing calls. 🙄 When both are used, the user has to purchase additional credits to allow call recording through the app. It sounds like an "in-app purchase" to me! Hence, it's not FREE.

I’d you deny “allow contacts”, it asks for your email address. You’re allowed only two recorded calls, than you have to pay for additional “calls/credits”.

I just changed to iPhone from Android. On Android most record apps are free. I miss my Android.

On my Poco F1 I can record as many calls I want for free.. the option is available right there on the call screen, no additional apps required call recording option is baked in the oem software

Best free way is to use voice memo on your iPad. Press record put your cell on speaker when they answer you simply tell them you are recording the call. When finished hit done and presto changeo there is your call recorded with great sound quality and no length limits. The only thing you need to worry about is the storage capacity on your iPad or tablet.
