Yes, thats what I have been doing. But you need 2 phones to do that. You could also use a seperate voice recorder that you get online. Does someone know a voice recording app that keeps recording even when your in a phone call ? That would be the best solution.

Thanks for this, I always appreciate your common sense approach to your tech know how. I would add that if you have an iphone you probably also have an apple lap top. you can use the voice recorder app on the MacBook Pro at least to record the iphone conversation using speaker mode on the iphone

Why not run the voice recorder app on the phone your calling from and put in on loud speaker so you can record both your voice and the voice of the person calling? simplez innit

Respectfully this is a dumb idea. Android has an app called Cube ARC. It auto starts and records all incoming messages. It does give one the ability to stop any recording. Why doesn’t apple have this app?
