When you try Weißbier for the first time

we once had a guy from Finnland over Here, for half a year. He almost drank his first Weißbier Out of the bottle and we all reacted exactly like in the video. After that we explained him how the Weißbier ritual works. He bought a 12 bottle the next day and trained, proudly drinking with us a few days later, even opening his bottle without a bottleopener...they grow up so dann fast....
Fun thing, he once said that in a standart room ther are 127 things a german can open a bottle with, the room included 😅

In case you don't know, you should not drink Weißbier out of the bottle because key ingredients settle down at the bottom.

That is why you pour ~80% into a glass, then roll the bottle to release all the goodness at the bottom into the leftover beer and only then do you pour the rest into the glass.

Weißbierglas über die Flasche stülpen, das ganze umdrehen und langsam einschenken. Muss man üben, ist aber nicht schwer. Zum Schluss den Heferest natürlich in der Flasche schütteln und auf den Schaum drauf. Mei schmeckt a gscheits Weißbier guad😊 Prost

Die besten Weißbiersorten sind immer noch die von der Weisse - die älteste Weißbierbrauerei Österreichs in Salzburg. :)

Bei uns lernt man mit vierzehn welches Glas man fürs Weizen nimmt und das man es um Himmels Willen nicht aus der Flasche trinkt xD hab den Fehler aber auch schon mal gemacht
