A good pour is a combo of the 2. A fast pour with a tilted glass. 2 fingers width of foam. Your "correct" pour would lose it's freshness after 2 sips and Taste worse

Former bartender here 👋 we angle pour to start and foam it towards the end. Release the bubbles and ensure the client gets their money's worth 😄 nobody likes a flat beer 🍺 😉

As a czech i find this short weird :D neither of the pour is perfect, in my opinion you combine the two, you start with first method and in like 3 quarters you switch to the second, that way you have foam hat that prevents your beer from oxidizing but you don't loose most your bubbles... And altho there is reason for doing it that way, at the end of the day, pour beer as you prefer...
