I only drink lite beer. Always lowers my blood sugar. It's exactly way better than Gatorade, sodas, and coffee loaded with sugar. Small spikes.

Very useful info, the common (mis-)understanding is that having beers during a meal is much worse that having it with an empty stomach. It would be nice to clarify this.

I love to drink beer. But right now i fight to get sober forever. To help my craving i drink coca cola zero. I never thought sober to beer can be this hard. This is very addictive. Tried many times but failed. Now is my 5th day and i already made promise to my son. So i dont want to make him dissapoint. Wish me luck.

That's not bad. I saw the scotch video where blood sugar went down! Please repeat that with Jack Daniel's and water. I prefer single malt scotch, but JD is more affordable and I discovered it has fantastic flavor, like scotch when mixed with water.

Miller lite keeps my sugar levels good for some reason, I have the g7 sensor, ...my go to beer was modelo but it spike my levels over 200 for some reason, so I stay with miller lite
