Greetings from my town the birthplace of Gose-Bier (Goslar/Lower Saxony/WEST Germany!) fun fact they started to brew Gose with Salt and Coriander Seeds since this City was so unbelievably rich from silver and gold mining in the medieval ages that they threw that into the beer (and to cover up the taste of the water wich was contaminated from mining) literally NO ONE drinks that beer in my Town and or other places of germany except the Nazi capital Saxony (former GDR). The name Gose originates from the river "Gose" wich also gave my city Goslar it's name. This city is over 1100 years old and a Unesco World heritage. Look it up on Wikipedia, its a beautiful city and really worth a visit, if you ever come to Germany (p.s. the brewery producing the original still exists and you can eat inside the "Brauhaus" as well as get a tour of the small brewery) never thought that someone outside of Germany would brew this disgusting shit 😂🎉
