I installed a great energy efficient ceiling fan in my bedroom and that has helped a lot. Also, eucalyptus sheets! They changed my life!

We have a ceiling fan in our room, but an active cooling mattress might be a great option too.

I sleep with a small stand up fan that point right at my face and I have the ceiling fan on high. I like my wind tunnel as it has been described to me before.

The best way to to sleep cool at night is to have a good cooling type mattress, have good air movement in the room, and have comfortable sheets :)

Giveaway: my tips to keep cool are my speciality as a hot sleeper! 1. Wear shorts to sleep instead of pants no matter if it’s winter 🥶 or not. 2. Try to make sure your clothes are cotton fabric as cotton is most breathable. 3. Use only 100% cotton sheets. No microfiber, polyester, or rayon. Theyre man made materials and can be hot when sleeping. 4. Use a lightweight comforter or a cotton blanket. 5. Never sleep with socks on. 6. Use two fans. (Ceiling and a floor fan) 7. If it’s summer, never open your blinds to let the sun in. It keeps the room cool throughout the day and will be better at night.

Years down the road if I removed the quilted cover, so the top layer the blue part can I remove that layer and replace it with a new pad then put the cover back on? Or is it glued together so impossible to remove a layer from the bed?

My mattress topper is made up of a cooling type of foam and there's a cooling gel layer on my pillow. But having a fan pointing at me while I sleep is the best method for staying cool.

Does the foam have the same feel as the TempurPedic Adapt models? Or is it more of a egg crate foam feel?

Ghost bed has a multitude of issues! Number 1 the mattress is larger then the adjustable bed base! This causes you to feel like you are leaning, when I questioned them about it they suggested Velcro! Lmao. 3000.00 later Velcro?… second the adjustable headboard brackets don’t work they are three to five inches too short to reach the small base! The advertised massager should say annoying very loud vibration. Because I complained of these valid complaints they now refuse to switch out my mattress that I feel is too soft! Which I said from the beginning for a firmer mattress. I was told by Kim they have the final word on returns. I would check out the complaints on bbb first! There are tons!

Check this out ……. I brought the Helix Moonlight luxe (2-3 on firmness scale) .. real soft mattress no back support returned it and brought the Ghostbed Luxe, just received today .. it is cool to the touch … it does feels sturdy, nice and firm. Will be my first night sleeping in it tonight … I am 180lbs male.

I’m returning my ghostbed because it is a very hard mattress. 90 days later, it’s still too hard.

Giveaway, I like memory foam though I think they are not thick enough for real softness. I think Temperpedic is way to firm.

Giveaway: Presently sleeping on the pillow top Sealy. I'm a heavy side sleeper with lower back, hip and shoulders pain. I'm six feet tall. Thanks for doing this type of videos they're very helpful ☺️👍👍
