I purchased a Ghost Bed a year ago. And I really love it. I weigh two hundred pounds and I am very comfortable. Maybe the Ghost Bed Luxe was not a good improvement

We made the mistake of buying the adjustable bed twin XL and were disappointed from the beginning. After many calls to customer service they informed us they will only take back the mattresses and we are stuck with these poor quality foreign built adjustable bases. I have tried to find unbiased reviews and have only found a few like yours and it seems that ghost bed filters any negative comments regarding their products and more importantly their lousy customer service. I commented on a Facebook ad last night and went back this morning to see if it was sti there and they deleted my comment and blocked me from any further comments. It’s obvious this company is not concerned with satisfied customers as much as they are money. Thank you for your unbiased opinion I just wish I would’ve seen this video before we purchased

Thank you, I have been looking through review after review of different mattresses, but my question about how do you actually return one of these hasn't been asnswered until now, I have been on the fence about this one in particular and this video deffinatley eases the tension about "what if I don't like it". so I can't even return it after using mine for a week....they told me I have to keep it for 30days at least...its a joke.... so now Im gonna have to sleep on my old mattress for another month at least

Curious, what did you end up going with as a replacement bed?

We tried the Luxe and like you, found it way too firm. We are in the process of returning it. And also like you, they offered an exchange, the 3d matrix. Their top of the line. No word yet on if it'd be an even transfer or if we have to pay the difference.

Seems like you were complaining that it was too stiff so they offered you a plush option and then they offered you a real option and then I'm guessing from the beginning you probably just couldn't afford this kind of mattress so you wanted to return it

It really does not matter how good something is, buying it site unseen is silly. Let me pick your next 20.00 meal, you'd probably say no. Say no now. And only the mattress is made in the USA, everything else is Chinese and that info is hard to find.
