The GhostBed Luxe combines memory foam, poly foam, and a phase-change cover for improved cooling, response time, and breathability. It offers many of the classic memory foam benefits, including excellent contour and pressure relief.

However, the more advanced foam formulation also improves ease of movement and cooling, areas memory foam typically struggles with. Overall, this mattress has great performance and would be a solid choice for most sleepers.

I'm currently in my 101 night trial of this bed and I'm not entirely convinced it's the best option. Some concerns about the quality and longevity of this mattress at the price point I paid are at the forefront. I should have replaced my bed before the pandemic hit and I will say it sleeps much cooler than what I've been sleeping on for the past 10 years. Even then I still overheat in it on occasion but can only recall two nights in the past 12 where that's happened. My lower back pain seems to be going away since I've been sleeping on it for about 12 nights now but it's still lingering somewhat. I'm a ridiculously hot sleeper but also am 270 lbs. I'm just not sure this mattress will support my weight in the long term and that I might need a firmer option. All signs seem to point to the Helix + being a better choice, but living in Canada, my options are somewhat limited. It would be interesting to see how this bed holds up after years of use but I'm still looking for information to that effect. The tests you've done here might provide some insight so thank you for posting this video.

Also if you get a chance, ghostbed 3d matrix please . Great review, i was comparing the Luxe, 3d matrix and the Purple hybird prem. 3 for myself and wife as i sleep warm as well . Currently sleeping on a Serta Icomfort foam mattress and it does get warm. Keep up on the reviews, very informative.

What does "sinkage" mean? How can it be firm but also sink? Will that mean a hotter mattress because you are "sunk" into the foam?
