Australian, 63, male. Carnivore 22wks. Down from 120kg to 91kg, still losing 1kg a week on average. Arthritis gone, ibs gone, gastric reflux gone, joint pain gone, prostate issues gone, depression gone, anxiety gone. Sleep great. I saw a photo of myself holding my new granddaughter, and I thought "you fat bastard, you'll be dead before she starts school ". Anyway, im off all my heart meds, and thriving. Friends tell me im crazy, and im gonna die with this diet, as they watch me diminishing in size, and exercising hard now. They didn't seem to care about my health when I was eating myself to death. Testosterone has also levelled up, creating a subdued aggression that reveals itself primarily as confidence. All in all, my physical and mental health is wonderful.

I was full of arthritus, inflamation, indigestion. Thanks for getting me out of bed, out of wearing pjs all day. Into life again. I have alot more healing to do, but I am better every day. God Bless you. I love the information great job!

This diet has changed my life. I am a few months shy of 62 and I have more energy than I have had in years. I have lost 38 pounds in 75 days. I did cheat a couple times, but I got right back on it. I gave up milk. I eat meat, eggs and butter. I do eat a little bit of cottage cheese. I do go at least 18 hrs. between meals. I am so grateful to have found this diet. Thank you for all your help.

This is true for my body. At 73, I lost 19 lbs!! Went from 165 to 146 which is the weight I was in my 20's. Was vegetarian all my life and June 24th went to keto and stopped eating carbs and the pounds dropped off! I wish I knew about this decades ago!

Started the carnivore and my son is coaching me at the gym. We get to the gym at 5 and about an hour. I am sore but feeling really good for the first time in a long time. I appreciate your channel I listen to your podcasts while I work all day trying to learn as much as I can. Thank you for caring enough to share your knowledge!

Love your work. I have to say; when I 1st tuned in, I was incredibly impressed by how well regulated and peaceful you seem in delivering your message. 1 month on carnivore and im so pleased to report that I'm feeling more like you present. Im so much better regulated and chill across the board. Im sure it has to do with brain improvement, but whatever it is, it is truly amazing. Feels like I have finally matured. Maybe a result of losing my addictions. Anyone on the fence, I can't express well enough how these subtle changes are so worth it

Thanks Dr Chaffee, always great info😊. Ive been on the carnivore diet now for exactly 153 days. Started 17th June of this year.... The first week on the carnivore diet my painfull gout i suffered with for years went away, no more snoring, and lost 20kgs in the process. Losing the weight was not the goal, however its great, also many other issues like heartburn and acid reflux is gone, mental clarity is better. My main reason for going carnivore was to eliminate and find out what was causing my gout attacks, i tried everything. Eating only meat, eggs and water has changed my life, no more medication. 😀

Tried to stop drinking for years always went back. Going carnivore mad it so easy no craving and when you start feeling super human its good motivation to not have a drink. Like chaffee says i love feeling my best at all times.

A few days ago I thought you looked so tired and dehydrated, but then in another video you said your work schedule and man that's tough. I work nights as an ICU nurse and had resigned myself sadly to the thought that it would just kill me and there was nothing I could do. I had knee surgery in september. I was drinking all the time, eating shitty constantly, and couldnt exercise for a year prior to the surgery. I had a brain fog that would come on at work anytime I was stressed it killed me because I used to get more clarity in those situations. Anyway started eating right and quit alcohol october 19th and now down 17lbs. Thankful. Funny at first I was so offended at these dietary ideas, but as I researched more they began to make perfect sense.

Addressing the issue of water. I am nine months into the keto/carnivore. I also was drinking a lot of water and felt pretty funky. Started taking electrolytes in my water and that did the trick!

Im a pro beach volley player from okinawa and this is the diet of the cenetarians(with tbe addition of SOME plants such as seaweed goya and lots of tea edamame tofu ect) and sweet potatoes are a dessert food here only briefly during the war were those consumed in large amounts. I eat game meat fish seafood and egg yolks (no dairy) and ocasionally some fruit mostly berries, no problems competing or training and my great grandparents are still healthy and kicking at the ages of 101(grandpa) and 98(grandma) and my significant other does mma at a very high level and judo and they use the lion diet of just red meat (speciffically a lot of lamb and bison) pink himalayan salt and water. This diet is also cheaper than eating a plant based diet so im not sure why anyone would, why pay more to be less healthy.
Thanks for the content chaffee
