Dear Cole and Charisma,

I’m a nurse and have been in healthcare for close to 30 years. I have never witnessed such a beautiful love story, profound courage, strength, and humility. I am not one to watch TV, and I’m not usually on social media but somehow I landed on one of your videos and since, I can honestly say I am addicted to you both. I have viewed so many of your videos already in only one week, and a few of them more than once. I have even sent videos to share with my children, my oldest who is 24 y.o., not that we are dealing with a disability but your story of hope and living beyond the physical is such an inspiration to all. Continue to shine, and spread your wonderful story, and message of hope! 🙏🏽💙

People forget that there's SO MANY ways to care for your loved ones. Emotional support is a staple for healthy relationships. ❤❤

This is soo true. My husband is disabled and progressively getting worse. But he is the only one, the absolutely only one, who has stayed by my side through thick and thin and helped me fight my demons while fighting his own. There are days he can't walk, can't talk, and can barely hold his head up, but he is there, by my side, in my corner. And he's there to do it for our daughters, too. He may never be able to hold me, but he has a great hold on my heart. 💖

Exactly, people we just don't or can't do anything. It's so annoying. I was born w CP and while currently i don't have a partner, more people need to understand these things

Listen everyone…I’m a 41 year old black American woman. I don’t have kids. Never been married and I have no mental issues or childhood trauma. My dad raised me. But not my mom. I’m an only child.

When I tell you how tired and exhausted I am from constantly having to “prove” myself or my worth to these men out here, I mean I am
T.I.R.E.D!!! I’m open, loving, can give love and receive love!! I have NEVER EVER met a man who loves me like this man love his wife!! I would die for a love like theirs!!! I say that to say this…I’m not disabled and I think their love is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! I can only pray and dream of a love like theirs!!!

It doesn’t matter that he can’t physically walk. The fact that he js physically present with love, emotion, and physically there speaks more volume than anything I can say I’ve ever experienced on this earth!!! I AM ROOTING FOR THEIR LOVE til the end!!!! God bless you sister and brother for making this channel and for being the awesome integrity filled humans you both are!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Emotional and mental support are even more important. There's plenty of 'able bodied' people who have no idea how to do this. Kudos to you both.

My husband had a disability for his last 9 years on earth. He took care of me and our 3 children. He was always there for us. I miss him so much.

This made me feel validated. the amount of times, as a disabled person, I've cried thinking I don't do enough for my husband, and the balance isn't fair. He tells me I do, I do so much for him, and my emotional support is so important, somehow hearing you say it about your own husband made me believe it more. Thank you.

This is beautiful. Some men who are not disabled don't take care of their wives when they are ill. Good for you! He is a gem, continue to treasure him and your union.

My husband had a stroke 2 yrs ago at 44 and is in a wheelchair. Our lives changed forever. All of our plans and dreams we'd made over the last 26 yrs of marriage were no longer possible. We are making new plans and dreams, and we have found a deeper level of love, respect, and appreciation for each other. He is still perfect for me, and I can't imagine life without him.

😍 I am in a chair too. Always in pain but I still cook, clean a bit and help my husband as and when I can. Being disabled doesn't stop us from living.

My husband is paraplegic and he takes care of me in so many ways. If someone loves and appreciates you, they will be there for you, no matter their “abilities.” His support and care allows me to do what I need to do for him.
