Keto: Chocolate Waffles With Vanilla Frosting

Ingredients:
For 6 Waffles:
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
3 tbsp sweetener
2 eggs
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

For the Filling:
3 tbsp cream 6 or mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sweetener

Instructions:
Waffles:
Blend the eggs, mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Cook in a waffle maker for about 3 minutes.
You will get 6 waffles.

Filling:
Whisk all ingredients with a mixer, until well blended.
Add the filling to the Waffles.
