Here's a simple cloud shader driven by a perspective-corrected matcap for the primary lighting, a screenspace directional fog, and a screenspace edgelighting mask. Major tip for those who don't know - if you're trying to get your particles to light properly, take the Normal Direction setting in the render drop-down to 0, or 0.05. This will bend the particle normals into a hemispherical shape!

Hey, absolutely loving these clouds! Thank you for sharing. I have a couple of questions that you might be able to help with

I'm trying to get some more interesting shapes, would I load a mesh? I've tried loading a mesh in the shape drop down but cant seem to get it to show the shape.

Is there a way to make the clouds thicker?

How did you lit edges on sprite? I have tried to find edges creating 8 smaller copies from different angle to mask out edges, but it seems too heavy.

Really cool, such thank you for great asset. Runs on Unity 2017 beta at 4000 FPS on my 5 years old mid range PC rig :) Wonder, why you got only such few views?
Edit: Oh btw, I have noticed flickering between clouds when moving camera. Any idea, how to resolve this issue?
