I find it really helpful and beneficial that Dr. Goodin draws arrows showing the direction of the muscle action on the diagrams. He explains them super well and clear so it makes it easy to memorize.

I've never really thought about why it is more comfortable to lean back when your legs are crossed, but that completely makes sense now.

It's easy to forget the knee does more than just bend and straighten, those slight rotations add a whole new layer of complexity. Loving how clearly this breaks it down!

I love the recall to the hip unit to really dive deeper into the biarticular muscles and review their actions on the knee

the Q angle explanation was so helpful, and I liked the arrow diagrams to show in what ways the muscles move

Drawing on the photos while explaining and describing different actions and muscles is very helpful. I find myself understanding further what you teaching.

Dr. Goodin,
You always have the most digestible videos even for the hardest subjects. The Q angle was an interesting topic I have not heard of yet. How fascinating.

I find that when he draws on the images to highlight the muscle and what he is talking about it is much easier to track and recall what we are learning!

The knee has been my favorite lecture series. It is interesting to see muscles we observed in the hip functions also used in the knee movements.

I've heard of the Q angle in past kin classes but the way you broke it down really helped me understand what it is and how it affects knee stability!

Learning about the Q angle was very interesting and I also found the diagrams helpful.

The way you explained two joint muscles was very helpful for me. The way that you explained the rectus femoris muscle was also very helpful!

I like that a lot of these muscles are both involved in the knee and hip joint, like the quadriceps and hamstrings because that makes the memorization of muscles a little easier and also makes me recall the hip ones!

I have never heard of the Q angle and had no idea how important it is during cutting and planting movements! Seeing the different needs of people depending on their Q angle in order to avoid injury was very helpful to learn!

I like the super clear explanation of the Q angle and what the angle actually comes from. It is so helpful to visualize it

I like how Dr. Goodin started by giving a clear overview of the muscle groups around the knee before diving into each one in detail. This method really helped me understand and organize the actions of these muscles.

I liked how Dr. Goodin drew out the directions of the muscle actions with arrows, it really helped me visualize them more clearly.

I've had professors reference the Q angle before but no one has actually explained to me what it means. Thank you!

I liked how Dr. Goodin went into detail on every muscle involved in making up the knee.
