Thanks UTUBE
We humans are extremely complex. Why do me fight? It is just a chance to injure any part of of the brain or body.

Fun story: I had a fracture in that area of the knee some years back, now I have two screws inside there. It helped it heal correctly. Had to have a leg brace to keep my knee from bending, and slowly I was allowed more movement, until I could walk again. I couldn't stand on my toes at all at first, my leg was twig-thin from lack of muscle. Kind of funny when my other leg was normal. I have permanent scars on the knee now - pretty cool. Just wanted to share 👍

I tore completely my PCL/LCL and popliteus tendon while climbing 3 weeks ago 😖...
I could also still walk.
But my knee had to much side and front movement with the friction test.

Now 1 week ago I got surgery.
The took a piece of my hamstring tendon to replace the PCL, and two donor ligaments to replace the LCL and to suture/fixate the popliteus.

It was very painful in the first two days..
I have my leg 2 to 3 weeks complete staight fixation with brace, walking on cruches.
And after that I have tonwork towards a 90° bend in 3 weeks.
Let's hope for the best 🙏🙏🙏

I wonder why the tendons for probably the most important joint in our body are not much thicker.
