Its not a case and company can deny to refund
Nch just knock the company to solve the issue happened.
If u want a case u can file a case on edaakhil or visiting nearest consumer court in ur city

They close the complaint after receiving response from seller, and doesn't bother if we are satisfied with the response or not. Absurd platform for grievance redressal.

My issue was resolved in 10 days by NCH.
My refund was hold for more than a month by a ecommerce website giving me false hope and some stupid timelines like it will Done by 21 days so on .. I raise a grievance on NCH and within 4 days and email was sent by the NCH to the company and the company executive who was very arrogant at the time when I used to cal and ask him for refund, he called me saying sir sir we are processing your refund by today in a very scared and fumble voice 😂

I had applied for a certification in a programing language.
Paid for the voucher and scheduled a exam date.
At start of test they asked for an ID proof,

Provided laminated pan card and aadhar card (pvc with no hallo gram) and the original long aadhar card.

They said all are not valid and did not allow me to attend the exam and no reattempt or refund are being provided.

Cost of exam is 25-30 thousand.

How do I file a complaint on their practice of not allowing people with reattempt for not having a id card during online test.

I ordered a Samsung Tab, but the day before delivery they cancelled it stating the reason "Out of Stock".

And same day the price shoots up to 47k from 26k

And when I communicated to Customer Care a person named Debajit Das assures me that you will get your order whenever it is back in stock and at the old price (i.e 26k) but I didn't get anything.

I have the recording of that call.

Can I Go to the Consumer Court?
