California isn't California anymore. It's a homeless camp.

I was driving through Venice beach, Santa Monica, Burbank, downtown LA these past few days. . I couldn't believe the amount of tarps/tents that are scattered across the parks, beaches, streets, sidewalks, freeways. . These are areas that were bare 3+ years ago.
It looks like Skidrow exploded and chunks of the homeless randomly landed across the LA county.

This is NOT the LA / So. Cal I remember.
I'll be checking out of here before the year ends as well.
Born n raised here. Time to start a new chapter over yonder.

(I've never voted dem/rep, etc. just lived my life as is)

Lived here all my life and to this day I can't explain why I'm still here. I hate the way this state is going.

Love to have you in Texas but please remember that we are Red State and really hope to keep it that way!

I am considering leaving Cali as well. Three teens and they are headed to success. If I stay here, it’ll be so much harder.

I think moving from California is great but when leaving It would be a great thing to vote Republican and leave The Democratic party behind

Californian moved in across the street a few weeks ago and within 24 hours he had his Biden sign in the front yard.

I left LA in 2017 and couldn’t be happier. I no longer have to smell piss everywhere I go, no more high taxes or rents. No more of those ridiculous parking tickets, I no longer have to work 3 jobs to survive

If people are truly leaving CA then others are quickly moving here to take their place. I lived in Dublin CA for four years and there are way too many people here. I wish people actually left and never came back.

I left CA many years ago. Saw what was happening around me and it did not set well with me. Glad I got out when I did. Now a population explosion in my state and the states around me.

The affluent use moving companies to leave the State, the folks coming to California use shopping carts to move here:(

Moved to Arizona 2 years ago from California. Wish it wasn't so shitty in California law wise. Miss my family and friends. But I vote red. Feel like we have no representation in California. No gun rights really. Much different in Arizona.

Yep all the housing prices are going up in Arizona it's crazy even the rental prices are going up end the pay for jobs doesn't even come close for a lot of people being able to afford rent. All these people from California coming to Arizona.

The straw that broke the camels back was the passage of the gasoline tax. Now, politicians can increase it any time they want and they think that the majority of Californians are dumb and gullible. Now they are trying to chip at Prop 13, with Prop 15. Eventually, they are going to succeed and the affordability crisis is just going to get worse and worse. It's not until the majority of Californians learn and understand that businesses don't absorb indiscriminate raises in taxes, fees and excessive regulations. They pass them onto consumers in the form of higher prices. Once the majority of Californians understand that, especially Latinos, and vote smart and rationally, California is going to be affordable again.

Maybe soon there won't be a need for CARB compliant 18 wheelers

Fast forward to November 2020 and Arizona and Nevada turn blue. So much for leaving all the b.s. California crap behind. Texas...Tennessee... Idaho stand by.
