EASILY create Bins, Buckets, and Groups in Power BI using GROUPS and SWITCH

Question: what if the bins that needs to be created is at non-granular level ? How to achieve that ?
Eg: Sales by Area, Customer Name, Age and Order ID. This will be have multiple rows for one order ID, i would like to group by order ID and sales
