We know that mice do a lot of damage to our home. Especially, they spread disease among us. That is why it is so important to keep our house mouse-free.

There are many types of mouse trap available in the market which is a bit expensive. So I have shown here how to make a low-cost bucket mouse trap at home and how to use it to keep the house mouse-free.

It is not my intention to physically suffer animals. My main purpose is to keep the house free of harmful mice, mouse, and rats.

Neat mouse catcher. If you would just change the pivot location, you would not need the weight of the nuts! Cut the notch in the PVC and then find the center of balance of the tube and put the hole a little past it

Tip: try not to touch bait with your hands. Sometimes the mouse/rat smells human hands and decided against falling for the trap. This happened to me personally.

Use Nestlé Morsels (chocolate chips) instead, they like that better than PB.

Add about 1/2 inch of car antifreeze in bucket, then too slippery for mouse to get out, they die fast and do not stink. Great for catching half dozen mice in garage or cabin.

Can this work for big-ol Rats? Rats are alittle scared or smarter for some reason. Not too much guys are making traps for Big big Rats. Anyways, thanks for these awesome videos!

How is it that they can jump 6 feet in the air but can't jump out of a bucket? Is it because it's slippery?
