Here is my prediction with the lawsuit: (1) Stanley Cup will settle for some dollar amount before it goes to trial and also with the requirement that they advertise any lead in their cups going forward; (2) Stanley will join other portable cup sellers in removing all lead in future cups; and (3) this part may take some time, but regulations will slowly be put into place to tighten up advertising and marketing around what actually needs to be disclosed as well as removing all traces of lead in portable drinkware.

Lead shouldn’t be allowed to be used period.

Pro tip - get a cheap 14$ knockoff cup and switch the lids with a yeti before you buy it. Boom! saved 25$ 🤣
It's not stealing its justice.... because yeti charges you an extra 25$ for the same cup. Stanley charges even more, but their lids are terrible.
They are exactly the same cups, and the lid is the only difference.
