Cooked chicken breast kebabs seasoned with herbs de Provence on this on the BBQ for friends and they were amazing.

You guys forgot the most important aspect of a rotisserie "gadget" and that is that when the chicken is turned around the fluids in the meat distributes evenly in the whole chicken which makes all the meat juicy as heaven. As opposed to just laying a chicken flat on one side where the juices will only be at the bottom of the chicken. It is without a doubt the single most appealling USP of this product.

We had one when I was a kid - and was in the 1970's. Non-electric. So it is absolutely not the first one ever. But it's a great idea to re-introduce this non-gadget.

I preordered and have not received any email updates about shipping the Roto-Q.

What is up with the smell of burned plastic coming from my Roto Q? Anyone else having this problem. My kitchen smells toxic.

Please make one just a little smaller that will fit without reconstruction for GMG Trek grill/smoker.

If that happens I’ll get one for sure.
