Ashwagandha works wonder in weight gain. I will share my story. My height is 5ft 6", and my weight was 45 kg, my ayurvedic doctor referred me ashwagandha powder with milk and honey (same as used by you) to increase my weight. I took it for 3 continuous month, and my weight was increased to 59kg. There was no other change in my diet, or exercise or anything.
