Back when I had a thyroid problem doctors wanted to give me some kind of shot and I said no I'm going to try the natural medicine way so I was taking ashwagandha twice a day for about a couple of months and the thyroid problems went away and they did not have to give me the shot and I still take ashwagandha everyday twice a day I love it and helps with stress anxiety apparently it also lowers cortisol the stress hormone and I believe it cuz I do feel it and now I'm eating broccoli and asparagus with extra virgin olive oil with a splash of ranch dressing and Good vibes :-) but yeah ashwagandha helped heal my thyroid issues so grateful love you all peace love and happiness

I have have struggled with insomnia on & off since those peskey hormones kicked in 55 years ago...sometimes i have to accept 3 hours might be the best i can grab...but count in some bad habits & a fear of falling asleep into the equasion AND, im early days learning what does & doesnt work...but what isnt happening as often is waking up after only 3 hours...im also beginning to notice that falling asleep is a less dramatic thing...'making' yourself go to sleep is the opposite to...letting go to sleep & even letting go can scare me, im starting to feel better about sleep and that im grateful for...i am a work in progress...but so far very happy with the results, very. Taking too much can make me swishy and lose ballance but ive found the right measure too & the change is as quick as 24 hours.🎉👍

As for those drinks, leave out the milk and honey(insulin like growth factor and sugar)
