This is a brilliant video. It in fact has convinced me to unsubscribe from that chiropractor’s channel.

Dr. Raynor’s explanations are clear, concise, logical and well thought out. I have learned a great deal of information from this clip and it has bettered my world.

Well done sir.

I absolutely love the refusal to call it Ring Dinger. Laughed every time

I was diagnosed with a back problem that a surgeon said required “decompression surgery and bone fusion.” Before the surgery I had to sign some paperwork that stated if I should become paralyzed by the surgery it is not his fault. I walked out of the office and made an appointment with a chiropractor. It took traction therapy, which is a slow, gentle version of the “ring dinger” but within around a month, I was good as new and I have been for 25 years. My advice is before you try surgery on your back, see a chiropractor first. Thanks again Dr. Walter Illiaci of Connecticut.

Not every chiropractor is good, but i was bed ridden with a compressed nerve for years and even ortho couldn't help and my chiropractor helped and im back to being able to do what i want. Even got back to school to get into a trade!

In the past years, I have done the ring dinger because medical doctors do not know how to deal with my medical situation. I assumed I would have to live with this pain all my life; but the ring dinger has brought me great comfort and given me freedom of movement. But chiropractors and medical Drs have always been at odds. They are two very different practices.

Hey Doc! Physio here. You don't even know how much this is helpful and constructive for healthcare practitioners and for patients. You are one of the few people that might have the necessary competence to speak about this, and that actually does! So thank you for that, please keep up the great work. Peace!

Luckily I chose the Orthopedic Surgeon/Chiropractor office when I had back problems and not a crack addict.
Only treated problem areas and reduced visits over time till didn't need to go... a good doctor always wants to see you less often than every week...

As a retired flight nurse, I have never been a fan of chiropractic care after two patients that was I called to. Both patients became quadraplregics after an adjustment. Neither patient recovered from their injuries. Neither patient was attended by the same chiropractor. I often think that people don’t realize how sensitive the nervous system is and how easily it can be injured - sometimes catastrophically. Nobody should take this type of care as “nothing to worry about.” Just because it doesn’t involve pharmaceuticals or an invasive procedure doesn’t make it any less dangerous. I know that I’m in the minority here, but I have personally seen how disastrous this can be.

I went to a chiro for a back rib dislocation - he was very reasonable (didnt claim to be able to fix everything with adjustment) and the adjustment itself took maybe 5 mins, then the rest of the visit I worked with a physical therapist doing PT exercises. if you're going to go to a chiro, I recommend finding one who has PTs on staff and focuses on PT exercises more than solving every problem with chiro adjustment.

Surgeons hate to loose a customer. Never met someone who was happy post spinal/back surgery.

You’re the only MD I’ve seen who has been brave enough to point out the ridiculous things this chiropractor does. Bravo! This chiropractor is the very worst one on YouTube, applying the exact same “treatment” sequence to every single patient, all while misusing medical terminology. It’s no wonder he practices out of Texas, the state where it’s the most difficult to sue for malpractice.

This dude is blowing up every chiropractor I've ever watched for ASMR purposes.... and I AM HERE FOR IT, BRAVO

As a chiropractor for 20 years I’ve never PERSONALLY seen a SERIOUS injury from chiropractic—-but I’ve seen hundreds of patients permanently disabled after spinal surgery

Spot on Dr.

I’m an Osteopathic Physician, D.O. Part of my pre-doctoral training was to learn high velocity low amplitude, manipulation of the axial skeleton & extremities.

This D.C.’s “technique” has got to be an attorneys dream come true!

How in the world alar ligaments aren’t being ruptured every day by this man is an absolute miracle. This “treatment” is like the improper placement of a hangman’s noose.

Absolutely no standardization, absolutely no pre-treatment objectivity, and good heavens you see the post treatment responses.

Great video

Finally someone brave enough to talk about these manipulations. Thank you! The reason that getting “addicted” to the sound is a good thing is because the patients will keep coming back. It is often recommended to have a weekly session. I am in school now, and found it really nice when you used physics to explain the force used to move these patients. You made great comments, thanks!
