The main thing I'm seeing with these bike reviewers is that it's always about the speed. Once you've had your first powerful bike and got the speed out of you all you want is a comfortable and reliable bike. It's not about the speed it's about the experience of riding.

I would have picked the Speed Triple, the best looking version in my opinion! fantastic bike 👍

i am in New Zealand. And I got my 2013 Husqvarna Nuda 900 for the equivalent of 4250 pounds in 2017. I plan on keeping it forever.

Great video, good to see someone offering a different perspective than just all new bikes, not all of us can afford a shiny new bike these days! Thanks Bob 👌

I would choose the Trumpet without a doubt.
There’s just something about the looks of the 1st gen Speed 1050 with the round headlights.
And this is coming from the happy owner of a Z900.

Kaweee all the way for me. I had that exact one. The exhaust pipes turned to that nice golden tone.
I liked that it is suttle down low, but a monster up top. Often the front wheel was off the ground and you wouldn't realize till it came down.
This were the days for me, now lm riding a 21 CB500X.
Hello from Vancouver Island, Canada. And that's an awesome bike shop.

Too bad the Hornet 900 didn't make the list. I've got one here in the States(2004)...with a CBR900RR header/single exhaust and bar risers with a Rizoma bar- it's the most perfect "all rounder" I've ever had, I doubt I'll ever sell it. Granted, I've done some things to bike to refine it: New front springs with 15wt fork oil, dropped the fork around 12mm and a Hagon rear shock....but it really does everything well on the street and can hang with the liter bikes at non-insane speeds and/or tight twisties. I bought it around 5 years ago for $2500(around 2000 pounds) with 18K on the odometer...I could sell it now with the market as it is and probably double my original investment...lol....but I'll never do it. It's light and the re-cammed CBR motor has monster mid-range and still enough of a high RPM hit to be fun. The F series windscreen I added makes it tolerable for weekend jaunts to the mountains too. I just love it. (Can you tell? lol)

Speed Triple 1050 for me. Hands down winner here. 🏆 The best looking naked bike bar none. The first generation twin bug eye bikes are the best looking Speedies ever produced and look far better than recent upgraded Speedies. I possess a beautiful mint 2009 15 year anniversary special edition Speedy, best bike ive ever owned and ive been riding 45 years.

Triple ... No Question. Picked a 955i up in black for 2K full of Rizoma parts. Faultless. (Just make sure you do the REG/RECTIFIER MOD)

Surprising pic but a good pic, I love my 750 Aprilia it is truly a pleasurable sporting experience. Reasonably fast surprisingly comfortable and even though there are no suspension adjustments when ridden properly it handles extraordinarily well. Good pick good comparison thanks

Triumph Speed Triple is the complete package, for a naked bike.
It looks like I'm going to buy one!

I bought a 2009 speed triple back in October for £4400 from a dealer, 1 owner, 5700 miles. I dont think you can go wrong for the money.
