Woman fired for calling police on black man wearing socks in pool

A white Memphis woman was fired from her job at an apartment development after she was recorded calling the police on a black man who was wearing socks while swimming in a pool. Trilogy Residential Management said Erica Walker was "terminated immediately" after they completed an investigation.

Actually, some of the concrete around apartment pools is quite abrasive, as they want to avoid the liability of having people fall. Some thus wear footwear to protect their feet; if this fellow wants to use socks, what's the problem?
