DRY INGREDIENTS
Coconut flour = 15 g (2 tbsp) (OR Almond flour = 60 g (1/2 cup)
Baking powder = 1/2 tsp
Baking soda = 1/8 tsp
Monk fruit = 25 g (2 tbsp) (OR any keto friendly sweetener)
Salt = 1/8 tsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder = 6 g (1 tbsp)

WET INGREDIENTS
Coconut oil = 30 ml (2 tbsp) (OR any keto friendly oil including melted unsalted butter)
Whole eggs (Room Temperature) = 1 large (60 g)
Whipping cream = 60 ml (1/4 cup) (OR yogurt/coconut/sour cream)
Instant coffee powder = 5 g (1 tbsp) (Dissolved with 8 ml/1/2 tbsp of hot water)

Some cocoa powder for dusting

INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
Cream cheese = 90 g (3/4 cup) (Softened)
Allulose powdered sweetener = 50 g (1/2 cup) (OR any keto friendly powdered sweetener)
Whipping cream (cold) = 30 ml (2 tbsp)
Instant coffee powder = 3 g (1/2 tbsp) (Dissolved with 5 ml/1 tsp hot water)

Note: This amount of frosting is sufficient to frost the square cake as well the 2 cakes in the cups. Hence, you can reduce the amount accordingly if you are only making the square cake or the cakes in the 2 cups.

DIRECTIONS FOR THE CAKE
1. For best results, weigh the ingredients.
2. In a small bowl, add all the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.
3. Add all the wet ingredients and whisk until well combined.
4. Grease and line a 5-inch square glass baking dish with parchment paper. In the video, I showed you another option of using 2 small cups. Transfer the batter into the baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Microwave for 2 minutes. It is done when the top feels firm. If you are using the 2 small cups, you can microwave each cup for 90 seconds. If you do not have a microwave oven, you can try baking it in a conventional oven at 350F or 180C for about 10 to 15 minutes..
6. Meanwhile, make the frosting. In a small bowl, add the cream cheese and mix with a spatula until soft and creamy. Then add the powdered sweetener and mix until creamy. Add the cold whipping cream and whisk to combine. Lastly, add the coffee mixture and whisk until well combined.
7. Once the square cake is cooled completely, cut into half. Place one layer of the cake on a plate and top with some frosting. Spread evenly. Then top with the other half of the cake and frost the top of the cake. Dust generously with cocoa powder. Cut into 4 servings. If using cups, just frost the top of the cake and dust with cocoa powder.

This is my favorite recipe for sure! I've done it dozens of times! It's excellent 👌🏻 I do like the little portion option to make in a hurry! I usually make the big recipe and freeze it without the frosting and I make little batches of frosting as I need when I thaw it.
No doubt this is the best cake ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love tiramisu! Gotta try this just plant based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and BLV in dairy and the Lead and choline in eggs. Thanks for posting

I was looking for a specific recipe and, of course, your channel came up as one of the options. I watched your channel many times over the years, but I'm not sure if I have commented.

I just wanted to stop by your newest video and let you know that I really appreciate how you publish your videos. You always include the information, recipe, and macros in the description. I love this. It's probably my personality, but I want to see the recipe first and then watch the video. On many other videos, I will find myself scrolling through the comments while the video is playing to see if I can find a comment where the recipe is listed out. More like a low carb mocha cake. Nothing cheesecake about it, nor tiramisu about it. But looks very delicious, and I'd like to try it, because I do love mocha cakes too.

Looks like a nice Mocha cake but, no offense, nothing to do with Tiramisu. The base for regular tiramisu (lady fingers) has no chocolate nor coffee mixed in the dough, but it is a plain yellow cake and once baked you soak it in liquid espresso which gives the moist and strong coffee flavour. The only chocolate in the regular recipe would be the cocoa powder sprinkled on the top. The cream mixture (usually mascarpone cheese) does not contain any coffee or chocolate either. In any case, I am sure this Keto mocha cake is delicious!
