Waking up in the morning and getting a workout in, I’ve found from doing this not only as a college student but also once I became a proper working adult, is the most effective. I realize everyone’s different, but the results of doing this were tremendously positive for me.

Do you work regulary as a Surgeon or part time ? Because, dont surgeons work usually for more than 60+ hours per week? Completely impossible to be an employer next to a job as a surgeon, especially when you want to workout and cook healty. The next thing is, if you want to become a very good surgeon, you cant be an employer, too! This job requires you to put all of your energy into the job, otherwise you won`t be a good surgeon some time.
