Are u sure u bought a genuine g shock🤔😁. Ive been a g shock enthusiast/collector since 1986..and im very sure we have done a lot more harder test than that and never it do fail.

You probably dislodged the battery. Although I've seen G Shock's dropped from weather balloons at the edge of space and they were fine. Surprised to ever see one die.

I have the same gshock! With the impact, the battery may have moved, causing the contacts to be disconnected. Try to open it.

I think that you forgot to reset the new battery. You gotta reset the new battery with a wire. AC to battery you should google it bro. I am sure it's that

It's extremely surprising that drop killed a G-Shock especially this model because the 5600e holds a Guinness world record for surviving being run over by a truck that weighs over 24 tons on December 2017 and I've seen this watch survive so much worse than a drop from that height but with anything in life sometimes the most unlikely things do happen haha I would love to see you perform this same test with another one 👍🏻

I have the same model. I bought it two years ago, and in this time it was reset 5 times and the screen has been blank three times. What is happened to my watch???? somebody knows???

This happen when i accidentally drop it. I just knock the back of the watch and it's better than ever

Do you have a tire in it that stands on the mechanism when it opens.? If you don't have it then it's a problem because your dw doesn't work.

I would not trust plastic G-Shocks. Even if genuine Casio. Vintage Casio G-Shocks with metal cases and screwbacks for me all the way! 💪🏼
