4:24 replace copper wire in spinning rotor with 1 large round neodymium magnet that looks like a doughnut, then re-assemble the rotor and put everything back together. Have a Motor half the size of the alternator turn the alternator by rubber time belt and bolt the two to a piece of wood. Motor connects to alternator rebuild. Spin alternator by wrapping a string around the shaft of alternator and pull string to start it going. When the machine is running attach a plug ins strip to the output. Now plug in a bunch of devices. Mechman alternator $700. Smaller motor $50. Belt $10. 2 Gears $15. Find all this stuff on e=bay. Magnet $800. Totals $1575. Eliminate pull starts by a large capacitor and switch on motor. Without the magnet do not dissassemble alternator.

Why don’t you rewire another alternator into a motor and get a 3rd alternator and leave it how it is then get a battery 12 V DC to the run the motor then the alternator Will keep the battery charged. Get a belt and tie them all together and power your whole house with it
