Majority are jiu jitsu which is the basis of aikido, judo and BJJ. The flying arm bar is not only related to sambo, neither is the sheonage or the kataguruma which is also a judo and jiu jitsu technique.

That last throw is O-Soto-Gari. A judo throw. If fact most of what he uses is judo with some bjj, akido and karate.

He also uses karate because i do it and have noticed a few karate strikes he is also seen using a makiwara (hand hardening tool) in the start of chapter 4 which is karate equipment
