The key to getting rid if ranked anxiety is to stop caring about the results of the match and more about the results of your “training/practice”.

Don’t know if this will work for everyone but how I personally got over my anxiety was alternating between playing with audio off or with crouch key unbinded.

Ppl might think this is troll but there were 2 parts of my thought process for this.

1. Unbinding crouch or playing with sound off inherently gives gives you a disadvantage when you go into the match so the pressure of “not losing RR” is lessened. Plus I play DMs with sound off so it did a lot to help me transfer my DM skills to ranked

2. While unbinding crouch and turning off sound is a temporary disadvantage for the match itself, it also serves the purpose of improving my fundamental mechanics by preventing me from auto-crouch spraying and looking at the minimap more to get the majority of my information. No audio also does wonder at improving your clearing and peeking skills.

Also the biggest thing that helped me stop caring about ranked results was to not rly expect anything from my team. If they do well “NC!”, if they make a terrible play “NT!”. All that matters is how I play, not how my team plays.

i went from hardstuck b1 since episode 5 to now hitting s1 just before the end of the episode (which smashed my goal). Tysm for all the content.

dude i love ur vids so much, i've been looking for a creator like this who makes such detailed videos and u deliver every time. aside from the tips everyone always gives, it's hard to know what to do to target really specific areas no one talks abt much. keep it up 💗💗

whenever im in a situation where i need to clutch, ace, or if i get flamed i always get anxious. i always get a 4k then on the last guy my bpm goes to like 120, i lose focus and my aim starts to shake and i ultimately lose.

I know I have potential to be higher because I went from B1 at the start of this act to S1 within 2 weeks with a 75% win rate, then I realised it was my peak, got scared, and went on a big losing streak down to B2.

I feel like for me, at least 60% of how well I do is just my mental, I will try out the things in this video though, thanks :).

damn, I was expecting something for when I have a 1v4 and bring it down to a 1v1 and manage to reset the fight.
At that point it's just a normal 1v1 and the previous 3 fights don't matter but it really doesn't feel that way.

guess I don't suffer from ranked anxiety.

I used to get nervous but after playing a lot snd temporarily dropping 600rr I don't care anymore. last time I felt anxious was when I got all my elo back 7 months later.

Wait. Am I not understanding correctly the "breathing exercise or what". So I am supposed to "exhale for 8 seconds" (that's like, all my air), and then I have to hold without air 8 more seconds? And then what, do I faint, do I die? Sus ¬¬.
