I used to be a semi-pro soccer player and I have to confirm that the pre-game method to battle performance anxiety truly does work. I used to visit the fields before hand and literally feel the dirt and grass. It helped keep me grounded and “know” what to expect from the venue. Kept me calm and level headed

Thanks for putting out more content related to the mental aspect of competing. I feel like this is a very underrated aspect of any sport and talking about this stuff really sets you apart from other coaches.
