Been a while since you uploaded! I suffer ALOT from ranked anxiety, probably more than most people, to the point where I only play 40 ish ranked games per act, spend most of my valorant time just deathmatching and trying to get my confidence up. While this has helped me rank up as I only play when I'm feeling it, it's a terrible way to play the game, as it pertains to a weak mentality as well as lack of confidence in my abilities. I also frequently feel paralysed from the fear of queueing or losing. This is no way to live, let alone play the game. It sucks the fun out. I hope this video helps 😅
