Quick Question - Why is it that digital audio already within the PC absolutely has to transition through an analog device just to be converted back to digital during the recording process? For example, there are publicly available YouTube videos that I only want the audio portions of yet the only device available is a USB device that converts VHS video/audio to a digital format. This makes no sense to me and some guidance and/or links that more fully explain this would be helpful. And by the way, nice video. Clean concise and easy to follow.

Wot a load of rubbish. You won’t get professional audio sounds to accompany your video stand up footage using this cheap rubbish...they will sound separate due to the notable resolution differences
