Along with all of this wisdom, I also love the “How We Love” curriculum. Knowing our love styles (different than love languages), we can communicate with our spouse so much better.

This is such a good solid podcast!! I have learned that while riding in the car with my husband he is open to conversation when I am not on my phone. Was a habit that I had to break but one that turned out so well in the end 😀. We are entering the empty nest stage and we are blossoming!!
