What is another cruel thing Snape did?

Not to mention the time he knew that Neville wasn’t doing well in the class, so Snape told Neville he would test his potion on Trevor to make sure it worked.

Somehow I'm convinced Neville's grandma is secretly requesting professors to go harsh on him so he could end up as tough as his father.

Horned toads are actually lizards. Maybe there is a problem with disemboweling that many lower creatures, but the lizards are not very much like his pet.

Snape knew the prophecy. He knew that it fit Neville as well as Harry. Old Voldy chose Harry, which cost Snape the love of his life. He was, in a way punishing Neville for the fact that Lily was killed by He Who Shall Not Be Names instead of Neville's mother.

Horn toads aren't actually toads. They're lizards that can squirt blood out of their eyes usually found in the deserts of the American SouthWest This is a last resort defense mechanism though usually they try to distract the predator with detaching its tail and leaving it flopping.

Neville had friends. His bond witht hem didn't become prominent until OoTP.

I don't think it's cruel. I had a pet hamster, but at the same time I was on research using mice. I had to kill so many mice during that time, and I felt bad for them, but it didn't hurt my feeling or something.

Trevor was constantly trying to escape from Neville. Was he really his friend?

Snape is teaching potions, disembowling animals for potions ingrediaents is an integral part of potion making. In biology, disembowling frogs are taught to students. So if Neville can't even disembowl an animal in a subject he is taught on, then he shouldn't be taking the said subject.

And horn toads aren't even toads/frogs, they're lizards

I strongly believe that snape was a bully he was great man but that's no reason to bully . He held a grudge with James and took it too far I mean he basically bullied everyone except the slytherins . Specially
Neville he said " does anything penetrate that thick skull of yours Longbottom " these taunts made his life at Hogwarts miserable he was haunted by snape

OMG!! When the hell was this?! Granted, its been a while since I head the books, but My Snape (MY. Snape.) made Neville disembowel a barrel full of Horned toads???
NOOOO!!
And I had forgiven Snape for all that stuff He did in the movies.
Looks like SOMEONE is sleeping on the couch tonight, and I don't think It will be Mr. Longbottom.
LOLOL!

now is that from the books point of view or the movies point of view because the movie made him a double agent so that way the dark lord doesn't figure him out?

Bro make a video about good things Snape did all I see is ppl hating on Snape and yeah I get it he did do horrid things but let’s be real he also did good things. He’s a morally grey character and has more depth than good or bad.

How on earth was Snape, a Head of a different House, supposed to know a thing about Neville's social life or the lack of it, with or without his pet? 😂

Snape knew that Sirius was innocent (Sirius explained in POA that all the Death Eaters knew it was Wormtail) and he just let him rot in Azkaban for 12 years.
