set it up in March for drip irrigation. worked fine for 3 months, now it will not shut water flow off. Battery indicator reads good batteries, timer and program fine. should not have to trouble shoot this so soon!

I have 2 of these units and they work great! Question: do they have to be connected directly to a spigot OR can I attach them to a hose-end, which connects to a spigot?

Hey @rainbird I have this timer on the end of a non pressured water butt and when it’s switched on the water only dribbles out does it require pressure to activate it properly any help would be great thanks

This timer worked great last summer. I stored it dry and without batteries, and now when I put in fresh new batteries, it displays "ROT" (and full battery symbol) but does not respond to any buttons or rotating the wheel. What does "ROT" mean? Not listed in the company's website troubleshooting guide and manual!

The top connector cracked and now leaks water. How to replace that part?

I'm using this for 2 years and generally I like it. My problem is the built-in filter. I can't find it any information about how to maintain it, like changing or cleaning. It's almost impossible to clean the filter.

Great Device When it worked, with the big screen I wasted a thought, and thought it would work as a clock, Nope it did not. and it only lasted about 18 months. when it stopped working, I had it set to run for 30 Minutes, I came back to move the Hose, Three Hours Later, and it was still running, I had a mini Pond. Which did give me ideas, But No. I am going to try an other manufacture device, this time I will check reviews, If I did before i would have seen this and I would not have purchased it.
