My I pad won’t let me download apps I’ve already had it tells me that I have to put a credit card on my account which I’ve never had to do which is Stange it will let me download apps I’ve never had but if I delete it and try and get it back again it won’t let me without a credit card even for a free app and I’m so confused

Thank you for your help. I also went through the entire video and what helped me was rebooting my ipad. Once it restarted it asked me for my finger print to try and reinstalling the apps. I guess it was stuck somewhere.

My iPad won’t let me download stuff. It asks me for my debit card even if it’s a free app. And if I delete something, and I try to reinstall it. It doesn’t work and it doesn’t even let me update my stuff.

I’m downloading an app right? I put in my password. And then is says done. And the screen goes away. And then It says for me to put in the password again. And I did it 20 times. But it didn’t work
