My wife's iPad wouldn't charge, took it to Apple Store. The tech looked at it for about 15 seconds in right front of us and said we need to buy a new one. Completely useless.

IT WORKED!!!! My iPad (brand new and owned only a few months) wouldn’t charge so my husband and I bought a new charger set. It still didn’t charge. I did the hard reset just like the video said and viola! My iPad is charging now and I have extra cords. 😊

Thank you guys for all your hints. I’m a 70 year old retired doctor. My first Apple was the ‘83-‘84 version which is still pristine in its Mac bag with all the cables and drives that came with it. Next year I began upgrading my Mac every 1-2 years and I’ve held on the them as well. Used to be one of the few around who would take them into my office to use them. That’s the backstory. Still have all of these classic old Apple laptops as they were, but I’ll be ripped if I can stay up with the new stuff. You guys make entertaining and fun. Thanks again.

After pressing 4/5 times home & power button together it finally worked and turned my iPad on. I was thinking about getting a new one as it’s so difficult to get repaired iPads or apple products you guys just saved me some of Euros .. thanks and bug shoutout for your channel.

My iPad will say not charging, sometimes it will charge, and sometimes a message will pop up saying “This Accessory May Not Be Supported” . This is me using my actual charger that came with my iPad. I used my cousins and it charges fine. Does this mean it’s my charger? Because it’s not torn on the cable and it’s clean. I even took apart a piece of the brick of the charger and it’s clean.

It's super hard for my iPad to charge, takes like 50 attempts.

Thank you! I was starting to freak out when my iPad was on 3 percent, I immediately ran to my laptop and plugged it in Didnt work I then did the software thing and I heard it work! I unplugged it from my laptop as it died and now it’s charging tysm!

Hey guys, thank you so much. You saved my wife some $400 to $600. I will add something to your advice. When you press both buttons to restart it, do it several times. I did this for 4 days off and on, I didn't give up. On the 4th or maybe 5th day, it totally shocked me, there it was all charged and ready to go. Thank you again and remember, don't give up!!

Awesome advice! Just left the dapple Headquarters to buy a charging cord. They tried 4 different cords and told me that iPad Pro was not working, would cost $600 to replace the charging board. I said no thank you, came home dejected but decided to look up if anyone else has this problem. Came across your video, I did roll my eyes on the toothbrush trick but decided to try it! And guess what?? It worked!! Thank you so much and I’m definitely subscribing to you guys video!!! Love it!!

The problem is that my charger worked just fine before updating to iOS 12. Another charger works, but this charger stopped working. No damage, no hardware issues. iOS 12 sucks, basically.

My ipad will only partially charge. Ive tried different cables and other things and it have the charging symbol for a sew seconds before going away.
