For those who dont hear sound and its just completely black THIS WORKS THE RESTART THING WORKS just keep holding it down really hard do the volume up volume down then hold it hard for as long as you can it worked for me!!! Tysm

The first two times I tried the hard reset it didn’t work, I had it plugged in for two days, had it unplugged while trying this hard reset and then I plugged it back into charging cable and did the hard reset! The volume button + power button trick did solve my issue! Thanks a bunch, sir! You are awesome! For those trying and not succeeding, try pressing the volume UP and DOWN faster. I tried holding for a few milliseconds and did not work at first. Then I tried a quick press and then boom!
