Join CCK LIVE today as we discuss how to get a 100% Permanent and Total VA disability rating! Permanent and total ratings mean that veterans are rated as 100% disabled (total) for conditions that are unlikely to improve (permanent), meaning your VA rating is protected from reductions under most circumstances, meaning you will not be scheduled for regular VA rating re-evaluations.

The BVA's real function is to delay and deny a Veteran's Claim until they are dead! It may not be by design, but it is by Function!

Don't forget Property tax exemptions
Vehicle registration exemptions

Tax exemptions vary by state.🤠

Thank you, CCK for this awesome video. I have many friends who are veterans that could learn more about the types of services you provide for those who are in need for consul. Thank you.

I’m currently 90 percent, and I applied for the Board of Appeals for migraines. The Board of Appeal is granted and was remanded on September 25, 2023. I have been following up for the decision and still waiting. How long does the decision normally decided?

I stared at 10% then went to 100% P&T so it's totally possible to get there yourself without any help

When you apply for a higher percent service connected disability they also will look into what you are already are getting and may take away other benefits. Benefits are not life long in the eyes of the VA but in some cases they do last for life. Remember the VA and its benefits program have been around a long long time and has seen it all people trying to get what they don't deserve. Not wise trying to fool them.

Huge for me was discharge of my student loans. I only had about $55K in debt, but it is nice to lose that. 🤓
Free license plates, hunting & fishing, State Parks, National Parks, and of course the PRE.💝

VA rated me at 90% and in the same rating letter knocked it to 80%... Because supposedly during the rating process I guess I got better not worse. I just don't know if I have it in me to fight.

If at 90 percent and static, should one risk being reevaluated if one files for a gulf war presumptive condition, unrelated to already service connected disabilities? Is it worth the trouble?

What about filing for Unemployablity if your Service-connected injury affects your employment.

I have neurocardiogenic syncope and possible miner's disease. I'm at 80% right now, and I cannot work, just waiting to see ENT.

I believe you may be mistaken. The spouse only has to have been married to veteran for a year prior to death. The veteran would have to have been rated at 100%P&T for 10 years.

Do you have doctors for veterans to go see? And do you have office’s in Texas?
