With my genetics I am insulin resistant most of the time. With my diet I am insulin resistant all the time. I save a lot of energy because I do not change sugar into fat and then fat into sugar. In this process you lose up to 1/3 the energy available.

What’s wrong with Erythritol?
It’s about 70% the sweetness of sugar.
I find Stevia too sweet, yet Dr Gundry’s product lines have Stevia included.
