CRUSTLESS COCONUT CUSTARD PIE

EASY TO MAKE, SHORT INGREDIENT LIST
ALL YOU NEED IS A WHISK, PIE PLATE, MEASURING SPOONS. RECIPE IS AS FOLLOWS.

COCONUT EGG CUSTARD PIE

A SIMPLE CRUSTLESS EGG CUSTARD PIE.

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
1 cup coconut flakes
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions
In no specific order, mix all of the ingredients together in a mixer or blender.
Butter a pie pan, dust with flour, and add mixture. Cook for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) or until golden. Tastes good hot or cold.

Note: i didnt have an electric mixer, so used a regular whisk. Takes longer, but it works, not as well, but it still turns out good.

If you have lime juice add 1 tsp. To mixture. I used 1 tsp of lemon juice.
