Coconut custard Impossible pie

1- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 Cup water (I used coconut milk for
added richness)
1/3 Cup Bisquick mix
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup butter, softened
1 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
1 Cup flaked coconut

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT flaked coconut into blender on medium for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 10 inch pie plate let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut evenly. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Pie is done when inserted knife near edge comes out clean. Let cool Enjoy 😉
